Was requested to add instructions on how to link a vendor bill to a service record, and also create a service record directly from a vendor bill. This was requested on this task card.

Hi, @larm-odoo! Sorry it took me a little longer to get this back to you. The content itself looks good to go! I called out a few stylistic spots that you can leave in or leave out as you like, and I noticed a list that didn't follow the newer "sentence case for lists" rule. Once you've given those a once-over, this is ready for the next step. Thanks!
