   i think we might be able to extract some tests from the flagd e2e tests - and offer them as general test suite. The only thing which might need to get attention per each provider are the provider steps. like how to setup and initialize the provider, how to kill the connection for reconnection and stale events - might be a good idea to extract this into a general test suite and release the default step definitions as an own artifact for testing purposes. wdyt?
