Deferring (same as the superseded #568). mongodb-runner 6.8.3 depends on yargs ^18 (ESM-only) and its CLI require()s it, throwing ERR_REQUIRE_ESM on Node <20.19; the Parse Server 8, Node.js 20 CI cell runs Node 20.18.0. Deferring until the Node floor is raised.
