PVS-Studio had ended support for PlatformIO, removed all references to it in their documentation and appended a banner telling it's "no longer officially supported" in their old article overviewing the integration.
This pull request targets removing all associated documentation. If required, I can make another pull request to the main repository to remove the code allowing to analyze projects with PVS-Studio.
