This PR provides the first Hephaestus backed writer, named
png. It fully covers whatever the Vega-lite writer supports and then some.Whenever I have stumbled on blocking bugs in the core library or vegalite I have fixed these as well, non-blocking bugs have been filed as separate issues.
Along with the writer also comes a way of passing writer arguments through the CLI,
--writer-optionor-Dalong with short versions for the other flags
