Production readback: HTTP 200; exact approved article body; correct canonical/OG URL; no draft banner/noindex; public anchors on home, Blog, Insights, and Neuro; present in sitemap/RSS/search. Both shared preview URLs return 308 to the public route. All four article images load. Current-turn tests: 92 passed, typecheck and diff check passed. Desktop/mobile rendering reviewed on the pinned pre-merge deployment; production article HTML and both stylesheet hashes match that reviewed deployment. The logged-in browser's allowlist blocks www.plrd.org, so production verification was via direct HTTP, not a claimed production screenshot.

Merging this PR publicly publishes the approved Neuro article. This PR remains OPEN and unmerged; auto-merge is disabled. Publication is a separate user decision.

#157 is merged into main (4bf3634fbf477a02568e53c0ff65297aca08cf74), and its exact production unlisted route was verified corrected on September 10. Only then was current main normally merged into this existing publication branch. No duplicate PR or additional feature changes.

Publication scope

• Renames the source folder to neurotech-frontier-human-flourishing and removes unlisted: true.
• Public Markdown is byte-identical to the merged fix: Neuro preview numbering, inflection headings and mission link #157 preview except that single flag removal. This preserves the restored decimal 1–3 markers, three Inflection Points H3s, first-group-only definition, the final approved distinct BCI/NeuroAI/WOE introductions, PL Neuro mission link, all other copy, and the 100,000,000-hour figure. The earlier repeated generic tagline is not restored.
• Enables existing discovery behavior on home, blog, Insights, Neuro focus-area page, sitemap, RSS, and search. Both previously shared Neuro preview paths permanently redirect to the clean public route.
• Regenerates checked-in content/discovery data; preserves the existing homepage trailing-slash correction and publication test. All other 12 blog records, including the unlisted DHR draft, are unchanged from main. Main's current tests and lockfiles are preserved.

Verification — cafb8e781dc87f1383df570a861069a88cf7249a

• Fresh isolated pnpm 10.34.5 install --frozen-lockfile passed; lockfiles unchanged from merged main.
• npm test: 92/92 passed, including all velocity, neuro-content, and neuro-publication tests; no skipped or canceled tests.
• npx tsc --noEmit, git diff --check, complete local production build, and unchanged-source checks passed. Build emitted non-fatal dependency deprecation and external-data cache-size warnings.
• Independent clean critical source review PASS on the exact merge SHA; source-equivalence, generated-record, diff-scope, and test-coverage findings independently reproduced.
• Vercel build/deployment succeeded for the same SHA: deployment details, GitHub deployment 6378153748 (environment: Preview). Vercel and Vercel Preview Comments checks are successful.
• Served checks passed on the pinned deployment, branch alias, and local production server: HTTP 200; complete article HTML exactly equals the corrected source; correct production canonical/OG URL; no article-level noindex or preview banner. Vercel's preview-host X-Robots-Tag: noindex remains in place intentionally—it is platform preview protection, not an article publication flag.
• Actual anchors verified on home, blog, Insights, and Neuro; sitemap/RSS/search include the public URL and exclude both preview slugs. Both preview paths return HTTP 308 to the public route.
• Actual Chrome QA on both the hosted pinned deployment and local production build, at 1440px desktop and 390px mobile: all nine prose lists checked (eight disc, one decimal), every item retains display: list-item; visible 1–3 numbering and wrapped hanging indents inspected; three Inflection Points sections and approved introductions verified; no horizontal overflow or broken images.
• Production remains unlisted: corrected preview HTTP 200 with noindex/nofollow and banner, absent from discovery; public production route HTTP 404. Neither PR was merged by this refresh.

Screenshot reference — inherited #157 correction evidence

These embedded images are the local production-build, unlisted-preview-route captures from #157, stored in merged main. They document the corrected numbering and approved introductions now preserved by this publication proposal; they are not screenshots of the new hosted publication deployment. The new hosted/local public-route pixel checks are recorded above. Reusing these existing assets keeps this branch limited to the requested main integration and generated data/test resolution.
