Remove all pulumi/*-cloud references #2201
Description
All references to the Pulumi Cloud library (not our SaaS product - the IaC library that is now defunct) should be removed as the library is no longer maintained.
pulumi/docs#16251 should be completed first.

Summary
I audited the repository for any remaining references to the deprecated
@pulumi/cloudcross-cloud IaC framework (as distinct from the "Pulumi Cloud" SaaS product, which is unrelated to this issue):package.jsondependencies, or source code reference@pulumi/cloud,@pulumi/cloud-aws,@pulumi/cloud-azure,@pulumi/cloud-gcp, orgithub.com/pulumi/pulumi-cloud. Allcloud-*example folders that used the old framework are already gone.CONTRIBUTING.md: it listedcloudas a valid example-folder prefix, linking to the now-defunctpulumi/pulumi-cloudrepo and incorrectly calling it "currently in preview."aws-ts-oidc-provider-pulumi-cloud/azure-ts-oidc-provider-pulumi-cloudexamples, README mentions of "Pulumi Cloud backend/audit logs/deployments") refers to the Pulumi Cloud SaaS product, which is explicitly out of scope per the issue and correctly stays.I removed the stale
