Removes the configure.ac branches for SCO UnixWare 7, OpenUNIX 8, SCO OpenServer 5 and ReliantUNIX, the matching pyconfig.h block, the SCO-only preprocessor branches in the curses and posix modules, and the 'unixware7' platform string in test_fcntl.
Verified locally: regenerated configure runs on macOS, and test_fcntl, test_curses and test_os.test_posix pass.
