Closing in favour of a refile. This PR was opened 2024-10-07 (~1.9 years ago) and only moves the pinned actions/checkout digest within v4 (692973e to 11d5960). Its last checks ran 2026-07-21, and all 9 Test jobs passed there — the sole failure is MegaLinter, which is repo-level breakage unrelated to this change. Unlike nf-quilt #316, there is no open v7 counterpart in this repo, so it is stale rather than redundant. A refile would target checkout v7 directly against current main, which is a better outcome than landing a nearly-two-year-old digest pin.
