feat: improve footer UI

Summary

• Redesigns the footer UI with a cleaner multi-column layout and dedicated legal column.
• Refines light/dark footer surfaces, spacing, theme selector, stats styling, and scroll-to-top button.
• Removes stale dark-mode footer gradient overrides so the footer uses solid neutral colors.

Yes that was a Design choice so the UI don't break in ultrawide monitors

you see the different color in the background.
for larger screen its not just plain white, there is cream yellow color coming.
so irrespective of the screen size white should be the background color.

• im merging an new commit which has this section. we need to retain this and your changes will come right below this.
