This PR removes the angular dependency from each of the Redpanda dashboards. These changes were created by loading the dashboards up in the most recent Grafana version, going into edit mode on each chart, and then choosing "Migrate" and allowing Grafana to update the chart.
This does not update the Connectors dashboard (I'm not sure if it needs any updates at this time).
