• Backport: migrate ci-entry-point from pipeline-uploader queue to devprod-t4gmicro
• Part of retiring the pipeline-uploader CloudFormation stacks

Auto-merge enabled. Failing checks (k8s-operator-v2, k8s-operator-v2-helm) are pre-existing failures on this branch unrelated to this change (which only updates the Buildkite queue from pipeline-uploader to devprod-t4gmicro).

@RafalKorepta FYI the failing checks (k8s-operator-v2, k8s-operator-v2-helm) are pre-existing on release/v2.4.x — e.g. build #11899 (before this PR) has the same Run Unit Tests and Run Integration Tests failures.

@ivotron are we ok closing this and #1294? 2.4.x and 2.3.x should be EOL by now, so not sure we should be building off of them regardless.
