docs: fix Sections section - #234

Currently the Sections section is a hand-maintained duplicate of the sidebar, and is missing the dev guide link. Add a code snippet to automatically render the section to avoid future missing entries. Signed-off-by: Julien Stephan <jstephan@baylibre.com>
