Add "Trigger on Key Press" option in Hot Keys settings that allows shortcuts to trigger immediately when keys are pressed instead of when released.

Add "Trigger on Key Press" option in Hot Keys settings that allows shortcuts to trigger immediately when keys are pressed instead of when released.
This provides faster response for users who prefer immediate input source switching.
