Rockchip NPU support made it upstream and to enabled it we need to set:
Once this is done what is the best option to then load the module? Should we make it into an extension or add it to the
hack/modules-arm64.txtfile ?Edit: I made made it in an extension, will PR that as well as a patched DTB in the turingrk1 overlay later
