Fix Sort Text Lines: blank-line ordering + box alignment - #374

- Sorting floated blank lines to the top, so the output box looked empty for input with blank separators — now blanks go to the end, content stays visible. - Give both column headers equal height so the Lines and Sorted textareas align (the Download/Copy buttons had pushed the right box down).

Blank lines now sort to the end (were floating to the top and making the output look empty). Input/output textareas aligned (headers equal height).
