README 'Explore the evidence' table: +4 rows (COBOL->Java examples, population analyses, Museum of Code, distribution telemetry+PyPI) -- evidence-shaped one-liners per the five rules, no new superlatives. Recovers the second commit of #2614, which was pushed to that branch minutes before the merge and missed its snapshot: adds cobol_to_java_examples + the profile repo to the ecosystem map's repo table, the public-surfaces/assets inventory (docs site incl. Museum of Code & Legacy Bridge chapter, gitgalaxy.io, PyPI, demo video, the three families of auto-regenerating chart assets with raw embed URLs), the satellite-README constellation-section convention, and 4 new rows in README's 'Explore the evidence' table (COBOL→Java examples, population analyses, Museum of Code, distribution telemetry + PyPI).
Cross-repo: completes the interlinking pass whose sibling PRs (raw-output#10, telemetry#13, population#3, c2j#1, crucible#21, rosetta#5) are merged/open. No merge-order dependency.
