Thank you for the extensive work on Azure OpenAI support @dersia! This was a large effort (+3951/-3231 across 17 files). Unfortunately, the PR has been open for nearly a year and has accumulated significant merge conflicts with main. Closing to keep the backlog manageable. If Azure OpenAI support with Managed Identities is still desired, a fresh PR rebased on the current main branch would be the best path forward. We appreciate your contribution! |

This adds support for Azure OpenAI endpoints.
It also adds support for using Managed Identity Access to the Azure OpenAI.
This allows ApiKey-less access to Azure OpenAI.
