Upgrade GitLab as usual but before restart:
1. replace/modify files accordingly
2. bundle exec rake assets:clean RAILS_ENV=production
3. bundle exec rake assets:precompile RAILS_ENV=production
4. bundle exec rake cache:clear RAILS_ENV=production
