Description
Adds two buttons to lock/unlock and hide/unhide all regions. The batch button states are independent of the regions, i.e. if the user manually unhides or unlocks regions, the buttons stay in their state and unlock / unhide the rest of the regions when clicked again.
Motivation and Context
Before, it was tedious to use the locking and hiding features, because the user had to click many times. Now it is more easy to use and therefore more useful.
How has this been tested?
Manually.
