Could use this for my discord bot project so I ported permute.py to Rust, published as a library crate. Produces identical output to the Python and JavaScript implementations, verified by 6 cross-language compatibility tests. Largely delegated to Claude here so I'm marking as draft until I get a chance to do more manual review and testing
