Update the lockfile with the TinyBus release

This gitlink moves the path dependency to TinyBus v0.1.1, but Cargo.lock still records tinybus, tinybus-macros, and tinybus-module as v0.1.0. Cargo therefore needs to rewrite the lockfile, while the release workflow builds with cargo build --locked and will abort instead; regenerate and commit Cargo.lock with this submodule bump.
