I see there is also #56999, but this doesn't include the update to python3-omemo-dr. Regardless of which PR gets merged, I think this package should be updated along with gajim.

As you're already aware, this is a duplicate of #56999
I suggest you close this one and ask the author of the original PR to also update python3-omemo-dr (or update it in a separate PR, since the Gajim update doesn't depend on the omemo-dr update)
And since you have tested the gajim package update, please add a 👍 reaction on #56999 and write a comment saying that you tested the changes.
That will give it more chances of getting merged.
