When jobs/pods failed, they were deleted immediately. This leaves no window for debugging or viewing the pod logs.
Instead, we keep failed jobs/pods around to be cleaned up after the
ttlSecondsAfterFinished. Successful jobs and pods are still cleaned up immediately.
