This allows authors to override the alignment of text in buttons, making it easier to style form controls.
Note that the spec here is still under discussion. However our implementation experience suggests that successfully shipping this is a coordination/webcompat issue because some sites are expecting the current behaviour; if browsers don't ship together this platform change is unlikely to be possible.
