* Replace action button text labels with icon-only buttons (title/aria-label for accessibility) * Fix header/data column alignment by standardizing padding and fixing actions column to 120px * Reduce checkbox/expand column widths and shrink action icons to give more room to Name, Email, Phone values
* Add Hide and Delete actions to per-row menu * Fix row menu clipping when opened near bottom of viewport
