The reason for this zigpy schema version bump is explained here: zigpy/zigpy#1782
Another zigpy-ota release will be made with the existing images, just for the v2 schema version (only consumed by zigpy 1.1.0 and newer). That way, we can more easily revert if the Sonoff images that are added afterwards cause any issues.
This PR can't – for obvious reasons – update the READMEs in the other branches:
- https://github.com/zigpy/zigpy-ota/tree/release/files
- https://github.com/zigpy/zigpy-ota/tree/release/version
They'll need to be manually updated later (or we add another workflow to automatically do that when this PR is merged 😅)
