Introduce an installer language-selection page and persistence for user language preference. installer.iss now detects system language, reads existing app/user config, shows a language choice on first run (and reuses saved preference during updates), localizes several wizard texts, writes DefaultLanguage to the registry, and saves/updates config.json with the selected language on post-install. Also replace a few ExpandConstant strings with localized code functions for labels (desktop shortcut, launch text, etc.). Bump build to 1.2.0.0-build-52 and update README and version_info.txt accordingly.
